An owner-led residential portfolio created for extended stays beyond a short holiday. Our portfolio consists of carefully selected apartments designed as complete living environments. Each residence is developed with attention to climate control, material choices and everyday functionality, ensuring consistent quality for long-term living in tropical conditions.
The minimum rental period is two months. Shorter stays are not available.
A one-month deposit is required to confirm the booking. Rent can be paid monthly or upfront for the full duration, depending on the agreement.
Payments are made via bank transfer. As a standard requirement, the sender’s name must match the name of the person listed on the rental contract. Exceptions are considered only in specific cases and must be discussed with us in advance.
Yes. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required before move-in and is refundable at the end of the stay, provided the property is returned in good condition.
The rent covers the apartment itself, access to shared areas, and on-site security. Electricity, pool and garden maintenance, cleaning, and other services are paid separately.
Each residence is equipped with a dedicated, high-speed internet connection designed for stable daily and professional use.
All maintenance and repair requests are managed directly by the owner and prioritized based on their impact on daily living.
A minimum one-month notice is required. If this condition is met, the deposit is refunded according to the agreed terms.
